I've always wondered since I got onto the computer scene, "What do other people do that are not using computers do with their time?". I don't see them online, I don't see them in the stores when I do go out, and their not in my house because I would know if they were in my house. If I recall correctly, when I was not involved with computers, I would do simply nothing to pass time. "Nothing" involves me watching TV, sitting outside staring at nothing to make it look like I was staring at my neighbors for hours at a time, or even trying to hit transformers with 9 volt batteries, which never seemed to work, I'd always wind up missing and hitting someone's house, or it bouncing off of the transformer and go through someone's windshield.
But that's me. I'm sure most "normal" people don't watch 6 hours straight of live Phil busters on C-SPAN, or sitting outside staring at their neighbors, if they can see them (either you live Hicksville and you're too far to see them, or you're really rich and have a lot of land. Oh yea, or are blind. I bet it's the first one...), or even trying to hit transformers that are suspended 30 feet in the air and ready to come crashing down on your head. Just what on Earth do these people do when they are not online and in front of their computer? Maybe they are in front of their computers, and are just not online, therefore there is no way of me knowing that they are using their computer. But something tells me that no email, no instant messaging means no computer. Therefore we have the following possibilities
Monday Night Football If it is Monday, Monday night, and football season, then they might be engaging in some rough Monday Night Football action. This results in the entire family getting together around the TV an hour before the game starts in order to get the best seats and to make sure they all get enough food to last them until the next Monday Night game. If their team wins the game, they sit there yelling "WE DID IT! WE'RE NUMBER 1!" and finish eating all their food, or, if they were not the lucky winners, they sit their and sulk while finishing their food. Either way they get to finish their food. Either way they are always happy.  | | Donate lots of money to the YES! Network in order for them to become a world power. Eradicate the Yankees! |
Yankee's Baseball Where I come from, if you're not a Yankee fan, you're dead. For some reason I have managed to live all this time amongst the billion Yankee fans without them trying to come after me and annoy me to death. (Yet.) Most likely, if they're not online talking about how much they like the Yankees and that they just won, they are in front of the TV watching them on the YES! Network that they paid extra money for or are in their room crying because they just lost and how they should give Daryle Strawberry another chance since he can't control himself. And if they are not doing any of the above mentioned, they must be online talking about how the Yankees just won, and they should give Daryle Strawberry another chance because he can't control himself, or that the Yankees just lost and they should give Daryle Strawberry another chance because he can't control himself. Either way it's a win-win situation - they always get to annoy me!
Elizabeth Smart, Chandra Levy, and Israel. If it's not one of those other two that have been mentioned, it must be this. Of course! They are watching the news which is about how Elizabeth Smart is still missing and cannot be found, Chandra Levy is no longer missing and has been found, and another person has died in another suicide bombing in Israel. If the news is not one of those three topics, then they must be doing one of the other two, because they news is only about Elizabeth Smart, Chandra Levy, and Israel.
If worst comes to worst, if it's not one of those, they must be dead. I seriously doubt that they are working or doing something that can benefit them or others - it's like the Israel - Palestine Conflict, it's not going to happen. At least anytime in our lifetimes.
 Other Stuff That Is Related To My World  The lack of updates around here the last few days are due to a few things. Such as site maintenance. This includes the use of more PHP which will give me even more time doing this stuff further down the road when I don't have to mess with so many files at one time. Benefits to you are... none. That's right, you get nothing.
